Beautiful view, but that is about it!

Liked:Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious and comfortable. The pool was empty hardly any people on site.

Disliked:The AC in our room was not working properly and we were miserable. The locking mechanism on our door was impossible to enter on several occasions and had to reach out to maintenance to help us get in. The staff on hand was very limited and not very helpful even when asking on places nearby to eat. When we contacted the owner/management company about the AC not working someone did come to adjust it and it did help, but it still did not seem to help much. They suggested we utilize the ceiling fans which we already were doing and were still miserable. We still had an entire week to stay and knew we could not enjoy our time so we booked an all-inclusive resort just down the road even though we were told we would get zero refund on this room which I don’t think it’s completely fair considering we had no control over their AC/maintenance issues with this unit.
