Liked:The apartment was clean only one fork in drawer.To many stairs not good for the older person

Disliked:The entrance to the main door was discusting dirty floor tiles dog bag and 3 dirty lundry bags left there we had to climb over them to get in A bag of food wastè All that was left there for our 4days break dispite ringing the lady up to complain. Not happy at all spoilt our holiday ALSO the noise all night of the trams up and down till 2 in the morning With a very nosiy street with students till all hours.

Good location and great space but needs to be cleaner

Liked:Location was excellent and the size of the property was perfect

Disliked:It wasn’t clean. The bed sheet had mould spours dried into it, there were hairs everywhere with tufts of hair in all around the bottom of the sink on the floor in the bathroom and just the general flat was unclean. Fruit flies flying around which isn’t a massive deal but it meant as soon as you started to eat they were on the food. One knife, one teaspoon was the only cutlery on offer which isn’t great. Shower was blocked - which meant showering on the first day wasn’t possible - some sink and drain blocker did get dropped off by the hosts so was fine for my final morning

Amazing stay highly recommend

Liked:Title: Excellent Service & Beautiful Studio I had an excellent experience with this company, especially after going through a very difficult situation with another booking, where I never received confirmation or any contact and ended up being left out on the street. The team here was extremely quick, practical, and efficient in resolving the situation and arranging accommodation for me. From the initial contact to the check-in, everything was simple, organised, and hassle-free. The studio itself is lovely — very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Considering the price and the quality of the accommodation, it is definitely worth it. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism and helpfulness of the entire team. Everyone was attentive and did their best to resolve my situation quickly. After such a frustrating experience, finding a company that actually cares and takes action made a huge difference. I highly recommend them — excellent service, a beautiful studio, and great value for money

was great! good pricing and lovely room- would stay again :)

Liked:the furnishing and decorating was great, extremely cosy and easy to settle in, especially with all the lovely LEDS and lamps

Disliked:not a massive deal but it was lacking attention to detail regarding small cleaning, such as dusty lamps etc, and there was a slight bit of mold in the bathroom corner but it is understandable as there’s no window so it cannot air out properly
