Liked:Central location with all tram/bus routes, stores, restaurants in walking distance.

Disliked:Looks like the 6th floor is an extension (made at low cost) with glass panes covering the exteriors which creates unusual and uncomfortable thermal characteristics in the room inspite of the fan provided! The staff are guess low wage part-time workers so dont expect any hotel style hospitality or empathy they are just robotic :)! General maintenance misses are there which are passable like the oven does not close properly, shower is bit unpredictable on temperature controls.

Cheap but wouldn’t stay again

Liked:It was close to the centre and where I was working. Costa below which was handy.

Disliked:The room was not like the pictures. Small and the kitchen was basic, but the pots and pans were not usuable, which was a let down. The bed was broken in my room. It was the most affordable of places to stay
