You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a nonrefundable damage waiver. The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
