Apart from the internal changes above we had a lovely stay. But if you are asking the high rates you need to ensure you

Liked:Good location close to family. Modern interior

Disliked:Few issues need to be sorted: Bathroom floor- one tile has come away and is sticking sharply up and could easily hurt someone. No lampshade in double bedroom WiFi not working when arrived but new router on door step so we installed it and got it working. This should have been done prior to our arrival.

Disappointing, we won’t be back

Liked:Good location

Disliked:Shower head holder broken so had to hold in hand to shower. Shower screen leaks. Garden unusable because grass very long and no outside seat. Washing line but no pegs. Only one dish cloth for the week. Not informed of gas works being done all around house and surrounding streets so very noisy. Contacted rental agent to complain about shower/grass but no response.

Liked:Excellent family stay, can take up to 6 poeple. Near to Edinburgh by car in 20 minutes or with the train which also 15 to 20 minutes.

Disliked:I would have expected a lock on the toilet and bath room door. Otherwise things were fine
