Such a wonderful clean hotel with friendly staff.

Liked:The hotel staff is very friendly and social. No matter the time of day, you always ran into a staff member cleaning something. The food and beverages on site are amazing. The view is great from any balcony even the ones on the front of the hotel have a great view of the sunset. Have patience with the parking deck, if you try to go up while time for check out it can be a bit tight or trying to go down during check out. Plenty of spots just be patient. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great vacation at Avista!

Liked:We loved the pools and lazy rivers! The room was spacious and clean. It’s always a good thing to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Disliked:Water pressure in the shower was low but to be expected with the size of the resort, perhaps.

Great Amenities and Great Location

Liked:Upon arrival our room was ready early. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Our oceanfront room was very clean the beds were comfortable. The resort is well kept. The pools are clean. Great location and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops.
