Unfortunately, this will be our last stay at this location for the foreseeable future.

Liked:The direct access to the beach.

Disliked:The lack of cleanliness in our room was extremely disappointing. There were cobwebs throughout both the bathroom and the room, hair from a previous guest was still present in the shower, and the shower curtain liner appeared not to have been replaced in quite some time, as evidenced by its yellow discoloration and mildew buildup along the bottom. The floors had not been vacuumed, and surfaces throughout the room had not been properly wiped down. Despite repeatedly bringing these concerns to the attention of both the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed in a timely manner, even after we were assured multiple times that they would be. My husband personally witnessed a housekeeper enter our room and only make the bed, despite our specific request for fresh sheets. When he asked whether the sheets would be changed, she responded, “Oh, that’s what you wanted done?” Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined over the years. It’s disappointing to see what was once a reliable experience fall so far below expectations.

Liked:Had a bad experience at the coffee bar.. New people did not know how to toast a bagel...went to front desk..then? Restaurant Mgr came down and toasted it... Seems your quality of help in the coffee shop leaves something to be desired
