Not a CAT 5

Liked:This property continues to decline since they have raised it to a Category 5, there is no way it should be categorized that high! The communication at check in and ability to accommodate a globalist was insufficient and there was no budging by the manager! We have been coming to this property for 15 years and I don’t believe I’ll be back unfortunately.
