Overall we had a lovely stay. The view and the rooms are beautiful.

Liked:Beautiful. Clean and easy to get around. The food and room service are incredible! Our ocean view room was very beautiful. We overlooked the private beach, so when the door was open it was a little loud with all the kids, but when the door is closed, you can’t hear them. Adam S. The manager was amazing. He was very helpful and accommodating and we really appreciated his professionalism and how nice he was. We have intentions of returning whenever we can.

Disliked:I didn’t like that they were renovating the lobby and did not tell us until the day before we were to arrive. Also, the woman at the front desk didn’t seem very happy to work there and was a little snotty.

Convenient location for Newport experiences

Liked:Beautiful location. Atmosphere and rooms were nice. There was a water issue but the staff was very accommodating for the inconvenience of lack of water during the repair.
