An amazing stay with exceptional service—I would happily stay here again.

Liked:The property was amazing—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional receptionist. Even after working a long night shift, he remained incredibly polite, kind, and professional. We arrived very early, around 9:00 a.m., and asked if an early check-in might be possible. Although we understood it depended entirely on availability, it truly felt like he did everything he could to accommodate us. We were able to check in at around 12:00 p.m., which made a huge difference after our trip. A big thank you to him for going above and beyond with such outstanding customer service.

Disliked:Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Amazing location, great staff, comfy beds!

Liked:Every time my husband and I have stayed here, we’ve had a wonderful experience. The morning manager, Edwin, has always been so incredibly kind and caring. Not only is the entire staff wonderful but it’s a bonus that the hotel is in a great location, seconds away from a subway station and walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo, FiDi and more.. such an underrated location but truly prime. Thank you to the Walker Tribeca team for your consistency and always making our stay a great experience.

Best NYC hotel stay yet!

Liked:Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. Incredibly kind and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping never once was a request made to feel inconvenient. NYC hotel rooms are notoriously small and mine managed to feel spacious, airy, and blissfully cool! The French toast at brunch was omg memorable!! Steps away from Canal St subway - making it a convenient choice for future trips!
