In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and color of your space may vary from these photos. This is a central location and prone to noise. You may encounter noise from the bar beneath your Sonder. Intrastay cleanings are available upon request. The main building entrance is accessible by stairs only. The wheelchair entrance is located in the restaurant below the building and is unavailable overnight. Please contact us for ADA information and availability. We have a partnership with Blink Fitness Grand Central, just two blocks away. Please show them your booking confirmation for complimentary gym access.
