Cancellation

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
Please note, guests must be at least 18 years or older to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in. A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Our nightly resort fee/destination fee entitles our guests to the following amenities: Wine & Cheese Hour at LeGrande Lounge from 5:00pm-6:00pm daily Bottled water daily (available at the front desk) Exclusive daily access to TMPL gym -- including fitness classes, boxing studio, sauna and 25-yard salt water pool 10% off Guggenheim Museum tickets 15% off Central Park Bike Tours 20% off Lunch at Serafina daily 10% off Dinner at Serafina daily $15 off overnight parking at GMC Parking adjacent to hotel Access to Digital New York Times Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note, for the Bed and Breakfast rates, we provide Continental Breakfast Vouchers based on the number of registered guests. Continental breakfast at Serafina includes a choice of tea, coffee, or orange juice; a basket of pastries served with jam and a choice of fruit salad, yogurt and granola or cereal.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
