The worst 5 star hotel I have ever been in my life

Disliked:Hair in the bathtub , every single faucet was broken , I wanted to take a bath but i couldn’t. I requested an iron 30 minutes later I called back , sure enough they forgot about it. I had a meeting at 6.30pm at the restaurant, I got my iron 6.28pm, finally. I was late , because I was waiting for my iron 45 minutes. Next day cleaning lady showed up with no fresh towels , she said we ran out of them. But after giving her tips she brought me couple fresh towels but no fresh robe , hotel is packed and no enough fresh towels for every room. Seriously?

Liked:The room was beautiful, modern, clean and very welcoming. All the essentials were provided in the room. Service and cleanliness were very good as well.

Disliked:The breakfast was the only thing that brings the rating down in my view. The place looks like a coffee shop (as oppose to a 5 star hotel restaurant) the menu is ok and service just about ok. The quality of food not bad at all, in one case quantity was astonishingly small and the way it was served was not miserable as well.
