A wonderful stay – and a special thank you to Edgar to doorman

Liked:staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming, but the special mention absolutely goes to Edgar, the doorman, who truly brightened my stay. I spent half a day in the lobby after checking out, waiting before heading to the airport, and Edgar was simply exceptional. From arranging my taxi to bringing me bottles of water and checking that I had everything I needed, he was genuinely thoughtful and attentive throughout. I will definitely be coming back to stay there again. There are certain ways of treating people that truly make a difference !

Disliked:Authentic 1903 building , it is gorgeous, clean and quiet for the location

Liked:I love the property, the room is smaller than the pictures but it worked for me and friend. They could’ve done a little better of cleaning, but it was still a good hotel.

Disliked:Just a tad dirty.
