Good hotelbut i don’tknow if i willbe back

Liked:Decoration and the architecture. The rooms are on the small side.

Disliked:The staff is not quite settled. The concierge was ignorant. Over all they seemed to be helpful but they really were not. I have stayed at hotels of this quality and i am used to service being impeccable which was not the case here.

Average ( substandard for the price)

Liked:Great staff, they try very hard. Rooms are very well decorated.

Disliked:One of the two lifts was broken shortly after I arrived and not fixed by the time I was leaving 3 days on, causing very long wait up n down. I order room service bagel on Sunday, it was delivered 30 mins late.
