Liked:Very friendly reception staff , great location, we were made welcome & would stay again

Disliked:Lack of breakfast for the money paid was a real disappointment. I dont like having to pay a deposit.

Liked:The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Disliked:The Bellboy FERNANDO was extremely rude and obnoxious. Not sure if he was having a bad day or something but the way he spoke to me and handled our interation was very rude and off putting. After travelling for hours and finally reaching your destination the last thing you need is a condescending rude encounter. A huge disappointment and frankly a discrace to the team and the hotel. I reported his behavior to the front desk manager Michael who said someone would be in touch with me to address it. I stayed there for 4 nights and it wasn't ever addressed. For that reason I would never stay at the hotel again and will tell everyone I know to avoid going there.
