Liked:Literal perfection. I truly enjoy this hotel . I come to New York multiple times a year for theater and have stayed here on multiple occasions. I love the complimentary sodas and snacks and the occasional cookies. My rooms have always been immaculately cleaned and the bedding is incredible. What I love the most is the incredible customer service provided by your front desk personnel. There has always been a warm greeting every time I have been a guest and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I would like to give shout outs to Kayla, Freddie and Lieza for their continued helpfulness. I highly recommend this property and will most assuredly return in the future.

Liked:Location, location, location. Free drinks in the lobby. Good value for money.

Disliked:The standard rooms are really quite small. You will have to be a little creative with two people and one suitcase.
