Please note guests must be at least 21 years or older to check in. Parking does not include in/out privileges. The hotel will accept up to 5 packages per room, at a max weight of 20 lbs. Additional charges apply for weight or packages more than that. Packages will be accepted a maximum of 7 days before the date of arrival. Please be advised that the concierge lounge space, is subject to closures at times for private event. Please note that dogs are the only pets allowed. Please note that the Sheraton Concierge Lounge and Terrace require special access, which may require an additional cost. Very Important - A transformation is underway at the Sheraton Tribeca, and we can't wait to show you our new look! Please note that intermittent noise may occur from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 10am-6pm Sat-Sun. The Tribeca Terrace will be closed from Jan 7th to Feb 5th, 2026. The Sheraton Club Lounge will be relocated to our Library space from Jan 7th to Feb 26th, 2026.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
