Great experience in the middle of Manhattan!

Liked:The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable and even being in the middle of everything it was very quiet. The Rooftop, the Jazz Bar and the restaurant were excellent, although it would be have been helpful to know that I needed to make a reservation if I wanted to have dinner at the Rooftop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to main areas in Manhattan!

Bad experience.

Liked:Only location.

Disliked:The rooms not clean, no coffee machine or tea machines. Housekeeping is not responding. Very high price comparing to other hotels.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location with great service

Liked:Very well presented and clean. Lovely restaurant on the roof. Very helpful staff. Great location close to Times Square and Broadway. Able to check our bags in before our stay and leave them there after our check out time, which really helped so that we didn’t have to carry bags around New York.
