Liked:Clean updated nice space in a great clean area with a lot of great places to eat and drink in a short walk.

Disliked:Nothing really, a bit expensive, but it's the financial district of Manhatten, it's going to be expensive.

A great location and value with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff!

Liked:The staff! And their very helpful communications. An amazing group of humans. Glorious roof deck too. Great location. Loved the products and water pressure.

Disliked:My room could have been a bit warmer/more inviting. The photo above is warm and inviting. Mine was just a little stark. No lighting around the bed, no instructions for the tv/roku, which I didn’t need, but might’ve used. But I will absolutely return and I’m glad to know of this property now!

Loved the space and amenities!

Liked:I loved they held my reservation despite arriving late due to flight delays. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Disliked:Initially not as clean as I would have liked, my wife cleaned to get it to our standard. It was clean enough there was just hair in bathroom in tub, on floors and in towels. We travel with our own for this reason.
