Excellent location and value for the money.

Liked:Location is great. Rooms are small but have what you need. Only thing to consider is that it has no elevators and there are 5 floors.

Disliked:Just the fact that it does not have elevators, but the staff is gentle and will move your luggage for you.

Clean, cozy, well-stocked walk-up hotel.

Liked:The location and price were great, and for a short-term work stay by myself it was all I could need. Yes, there is no elevator (I prefer taking the stairs anyway). Every room has a private bathroom (though it is a "wet-bath" setup). Going in with these expectations you will have a lovely stay - the rooms are clean, very well stocked, and cozy.

Disliked:An elevator for mobility-impaired guests, and maybe a full shower-stall so one doesn't have to dry the floor after a shower - but between choosing for a shared bathroom and a private wet-bath, I'll take the wet-bath every time!

Liked:The hotel is conveniently situated near Times Square and key attractions in upper Manhattan. The room is compact yet well-maintained and spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The only downside to this hotel is there's no elevator. We had to lug our bags up 5 flights of stairs. But, if you ask at the front desk, they'll help you with your luggage. You still have to walk up all those stairs to your room. If that's not a problem for you, the hotel is comfortable, and I'd recommend it.
