Liked:The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Disliked:I would have liked a setting on the thermostat that could keep the fan on constantly. I like white noise when I sleep.

Liked:Only location which is ok

Disliked:Horrible hotel! Worst service ever!!! Dirty room, no cups in the room, no water, used coffee pod in the coffee machine. When I called for cups and water front desk (manager Shirley) said I should come down and get it. When I came down I had to bag for the water (although there were none in the room and we weren’t given any upon checking in) also charged us 50$ for being about half an hour late on check out!
