Good but need more cleaning

Liked:The location, the staff, the bed, the breakfast.

Disliked:The first day when we arrived the room was very clean, but the rest of the days (we stayed 5 nights) the cleaning was very poor, leaving hair and papers in the room, or without cleaning at all. After compaining that tbe room was not cleaned, in the reception informed that they dont have a cleaning person anymore, so the room remain uncleaned.

Liked:Great location, quieter!!, 28th street voted prettiest street with numerous flower outlets. Subway stations short walks, numerous restuarants. Breakfast very good. Friendly helpful staff reception & restuarant.

Disliked:Older hotel, good size rooms, lifts can get a little busy at times .
