NY Knicks Parade stay

Liked:I came here for a two night stay to celebrate the NY Knicks parade. So many hotels to choose from but chose Dream Midtown because of the location near Central Park and Broadway. Everything about this place is excellent! Room was perfect, just the right size. Everything seemed brand new, which I really wasn’t expecting. Bed was very comfortable and noise level was very low. I also appreciate the staff at the Dream Midtown. The person who checked me in was named Mike. When I came back to front desk the next day, he actually remembered my name and greeted me fondly! Mike made me feel really special. For a staff member to remember my name, after so many customers checked in, it shows me to me how much he is vested in making sure my stay is excellent! I highly recommend Dream Midtown!! Thank you!!!

Great stay at the Dream Midtown

Liked:The staff is always friendly. Mike, Mina, Kevin, and Ed were amazing. The location is great if you want to go around NYC as it is centrally located and it has a subway stop close by. Great service all around. The rooms are a little dated and small but clean. Most NYC hotel rooms run small so not unexpected.
