Great location and staff, but rooms are too small

Liked:Great location in the middle of Manhattan, close to Times Square and the main streets. The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Disliked:The rooms are too small and cramped. It was very tight for three people with a bunk bed + regular bed. There is also no useful furniture, like shelves or racks, to store clothes and bags.
