Great hotel, location, staff and value! Will stay again :-)

Liked:This hotel is a gem hidden in the perfect spot in the city. Close to the subway, walking distance to times square, starbucks, Central park and The Edge/Vessel and the staff went above and beyond for guests. We arrived early and they had a room available for us. Upon checking out, they allowed us to check our bags to keep them safe at the hotel until we left for home. The cafe had great selections and drinks to choose from and I can't say enough about the staff. Even some of the house keeping that spoke a different language found someone to assist to be helpful. I will be staying at the Delta again for my next trip!

Disliked:The elevators were small but in a city like NY it was to be expected. No complaints!
