Very poor - we will be raising this directly with booking.com

Liked:Not a lot - quite down market

Disliked:Despite confirmation from booking.com and the hotel itself they couldn’t find our reservation. It took an hour from 11pm to negotiate the last 2 remaining rooms which were not those we had booked. For an hour we thought we would be on the street. They blamed the booking.com reservation system for not linking to theirs.

A quick and easy spot in the city

Liked:Flor was fantastic and helping us get our rooms arranged late at night even though there was a line out the door. She helped us get parking while it was raining and gave us some really good advice on local areas to go. I came with seven other members of my family and our check-in and check out were seamless, breakfast was ready in the morning and the lines were reasonable. The rooms were clean and smelled vaguely of some kind of soap, all the bathroom amenities were stocked. I have zero complaints
