good place to sleep, not so much for existing there after sleeping.

Liked:i liked the area, as well as the property being close to a subway station. the windows were beautiful and the room service was everyday which was nice.
Disliked:no microwave, closet, and we also had to ask them to empty the fridge. not set up for having leftover food, although we did stay in the cozy suite.

Liked:Beautiful hotel.
Disliked:Disappointed that I paid extra for a view, but only had a view of the neighboring building. If you are charging for a city view, you should be more explicit about what that means.

Nice and modern but not an amazing experience

Liked:Vibrant and modern
Disliked:Gym is quite underwhelming compared to the pictures available. Room cleaning is super basic. Lobby is a mess with people sitting there all day making the environment quite chaotic. Food available in the room is highly overpriced

Liked:Everything was good, but not exceptional. The room was nice and spacious, and it was clean, but the windows were extremely dirty (it was on the back side of the building), and the door made a rather irritating noise due to air circulating underneath. The service was also okay — no complaints, but again, nothing exceptional. I didn’t feel that the staff went the extra mile to make guests feel more comfortable or well taken care of
Disliked:I would have appreciated a bar that was more accessible and available for guests. It was often difficult to find a place to sit for a cofee in the morning or enjoy a drink in the evenings because of the outside crowd. One night, on Saturday, there was a party in the lobby and, for my taste, it was simply too much. It felt like a crowded club — it was hard, if not impossible, to access the bar, and there was a strong smell of weed. It also seemed that there were more non-guests than actual hotel guests.
