Short Visit

Liked:We truly enjoyed staying at the Hotel Boutique. The room was larger than most NY hotel rooms. The bed was firm. The hotel was clean. Friendly staff!!!!! We found the little extras extra nice: top floor lounge for guests with several options for free coffee and water bottle stations. We will stay again when we next visit!

Fantastic stay

Liked:Great experience, thank you. Good value, extremely comfortable beds and exceptionally clean room and bathroom! Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much bother. View from the terrace on the top floor is brilliant and the free tea and coffee was much appreciated.

Mark - Our Hero!

Liked:Great experience, we did a surprise one day trip, and everything was great. Mark checked us in, and was very knowledgeable of the area. We had an early check-in and he made sure that we were able to store our luggage while we waited. Mark also helped us get to the airport on such short notice, he was able to secure us a taxi, and he waited with us until the taxi arrived, so grateful for him. We will certainly be back for a longer stay!

First class customer service at CQ

Liked:I have been staying at Club Quarters Hotels (CQ) for many many years, most often at CQ Chestnut Street Philadelphia and CQ Grand Central here in New York City. I also stayed at CQ in Boston quite recently. At every CQ hotel I have stayed in I have received a first class service, and they have accommodated my partial disability by giving me an accessible room at no extra cost. I love the fact that there’s a free laundry room, not to mention free cold bottled water on demand and generally speaking a very friendly and customer service dedicated staff. I want to make particular mention of Elias the manager of CQ Grand Central who has helped me out in a very difficult situation here in NYC during a severe weather period. He was extremely accommodating in ensuring that I could retain my room for an extra couple of days until my flight back to London. Nothing was too much trouble. In all my years staying at CQ hotels I’ve not once had any cause to complain; quite the opposite I would have no hesitation in recommending the brand. It is certainly very good value.
