We enjoyed our stay

Liked:Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, “living room” with light breakfast and complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, water, and soda throughout the day. Quiet room in spite of its location.

Disliked:Our room was very warm and the window AC was very loud. Poor water pressure in shower

A perfect 10/10 stay with exceptional staff & a fantastic location right by Times Square

Liked:Everything about our stay was excellent. A huge standout was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and really made the trip special. They were great to chat to and always opened the door when we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's just around the corner from Times Square (about a 15 second walk) and across the street from a subway station which made getting around incredibly easy. The facilities, cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. Breakfast was included in the resort fee, which was a huge bonus as there was a really good selection of food to choose from. Additionally, they had refreshments such as bottled water available all day also included in this resort fee. Breakfast and the refreshments and snacks were available in Rick's Café on the 2nd floor which had very polite and helpful staff. As for the room size: while it wasn't the biggest room I've ever stayed in, it certainly wasn't the smallest either. The room had a double bed with a table and 2 chairs, 2 bed side tables, a mini fridge, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe with a safe and most importantly for me, we had 2 suitcases open at the same time on the floor at the bottom of the bed with plenty of room to walk past without having to move the suitcases. Knowing how notoriously small New York hotel rooms can be, I was very happy with the size and felt it was great compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

First class service!

Liked:The hotel Casablanca was a fabulous place to stay! The location, right off Broadway is perfect, but also quiet. Staff was amazing, going above and beyond with directions and recommendations. The hotel was clean and felt safe. The breakfast and complimentary coffee was so nice! I would stay here over any hotel in NYC.
