Liked:I’ve stayed at Baccarat many times over the years, but unfortunately the hotel doesn’t feel the same anymore. What used to feel warm, elegant, and truly luxury now feels much colder and less welcoming. Another thing that became very noticeable is the constant expectation for tips from some staff members. Guests are happy to tip for good service, but lately it feels uncomfortable and excessive at times. This includes some bellmen, doormen, and even house car drivers. The overall atmosphere and management also seem very different from before. It’s disappointing to see after so many years.

There is no place in NYC like that

Liked:We are still in the hotel - it is wonderful. We are 3rd time in NYC and we think that is it the best hotel here. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is on the high top. So great to have some more days here. Marta and Rafał
