Rather new hotel at affordable price in good vibrant location outside the NY midtown crowd.

Liked:Location, well serves by bus and subway.

Disliked:Noise from air conditioning machines outside but near the hotel. One day (Sunday) nobody cleaned my room.

Liked:The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. The area felt safe, was quiet, and had plenty of restaurants and convenient transport options nearby.

Disliked:We arrived quite late, around 7–8 pm, after a very long day of travelling, only to be informed that our room was still not ready due to issues caused by the previous guests (a large group). We had to wait even longer despite having already travelled all day. As compensation, the hotel gave us a voucher for the restaurant next door (Serafina). While the gesture was appreciated, it felt like the bare minimum considering the inconvenience. Unfortunately, after dining there, I honestly would have preferred a different solution altogether, as the experience did not make up for the long wait. After such a frustrating start to our stay, we expected a much better level of service and a more appropriate form of compensation.
