Liked:Room size, room facilities..

Disliked:Except for one staff member, the rest of the staff rarely smiled or greeted us. We requested essential items such as toilet paper and towels two or three times, but they were never delivered.

Extremely pleasant for long-term stay in a great location

Liked:Location is great, located centrally in the business district so it's safe relative to New York. There is a great bagel shop opposite, a whole foods nearby for groceries, lots of food establishments. Also a short walk to the 9/11 memorial if you want to sight see. The apartment is very spacious, more so than a hotel room, it's clean, there is a smart TV (crucially), a kitchen and also a living area with a sofa and TV. It's bigger than most new yorkers apartments...

Disliked:That cleaning daily is charged at $100..., so during the duration of your stay, you have to clean yourself as in there are no clean sheets (which if you are staying longer than a week, not sure how that works out), and no automatic clean towels unless you ask but that's free of charge.

Liked:Staying at 17John not for the first time - place is awesome! Suit is pretty big, definitely bigger than most of hotel rooms, now they have fresh gym on the second floor which is awesome! And stuff is super friendly and helpful, would come back here and definitely recommend this place
