Worth it for the comfort, hospitality, facilities.

Liked:Location was not the prettiest neighborhood (best house on the block), but close to eateries, and one of the main avenues for entertainment. Really well out-fitted property (A/C was modern & silent, extensive media library, superb furniture, & decor). Hosts lived nearby.

Disliked:Really nothing. Maybe too close to busy Route, but a full block away. Quiet enough.
