Throughly enjoyed staying and will stay again

Liked:The apartment is very nice. Very nicely furnished very clean. Great location, close to local restaurants and attractions

Disliked:Building location is a little confusing. Maybe better numbering.

Excellent - Give it a try!

Liked:The host (Annice) is great - she took care of everything and was very cordial - it was a pleasure dealing with her. The facilities are excellent, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and university grounds.

Disliked:The pin pad / lockbox code situation is something I am sure Annice will work on and get it sorted. We had friends in the same building so we were fine going to them and having the building door opened with their help, otherwise with kids and elders - waiting would not have been ideal.

Superb

Liked:Clean, new apartment building with in-lot parking available. Well appointed living space. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. In apartment laundry.

Disliked:New Haven squalor. But that is out of the control of the owner.
