For resort transfers, guests must contact the resort directly and make a booking in advance at least 3-5 days before the arrival date, to check the scheduled transfer time. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31st December), there is additional charge as below; - Child age 0-1 year stays free with an accompanied adult. - Child age 2-11 years old will be charged THB 1,500++/person - Adult age 12 years old and over will be charged THB 3,000++/personPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
