Disappointed all round.

Liked:Hard to pick anything.

Disliked:It’s split by a road where locals are driving through at speed. It’s in the literal middle of nowhere and everything you needed, like enough towels for the number of people in the room, additional toilet rolls, the rooms were never fully serviced. The price…. Does not reflect the location, quality and rating of the property. There is a main “restaurant” to get food breakfast lunch and dinner. And when I enquired about the fancy dégustation dining I was told no, the chef isn’t full time and so isn’t there unless they get enough bookings. Breakfast was a total flop, repetitive and limited in options, and the bread knife leaked years old dishwater through a hairline crack in the handle. When raised with staff they didn’t understand why that would be disgusting and we were not surprised when the knife was then out at the bread board the following day! We were beyond disappointed with this place. Go to the Pullman or something more reputable, don’t waste your money or your time coming here. We had a family emergency and were GLAD to check out. We had paid upfront and whilst annoying to not be refunded for 3 nights, we were just glad to leave.

Liked:Aleenta Phuket has an incredible vibe - calm, stylish, and the kind of place where you instantly slow down. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which makes a big difference. There were a few small hiccups during check-in, but Patrick and his team handled everything smoothly and made sure we were completely comfortable. That level of care didn’t go unnoticed. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.

An unmatched level of luxury in Thailand.

Liked:Hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This isn’t an exaggeration at all. Everything about the place felt special from the atmosphere to the level of professionalism in the service. If I ever come back, I’d return here with my life partner, because the hotel is incredibly romantic and peaceful. The three nights I spent here were honestly some of the best hotel nights of my life.

Disliked:The property is located in a very quiet, secluded area, so transportation is needed to move around and reach the main areas of Phuket.

Liked:The property is very pretty and private. The Food was so good. we are vegetarian so we thought it would be hard for us to eat anything but they served vegan and vegetarian food which was equally delicious so it was a great get away for us.

Disliked:Just that it is far from phuket
