My stay at Richmond Hotel was very good for allowing me to see Narita preflight via Narita Airport.

Liked:It was very easy to check-in and out. The proximity to town and the airport is excellent. The staff are very professional and kind.

Disliked:The dryer in the laundry room did not dry very well.

Liked:room clean, location is good, from airport to this hotel about 20 mins, there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to airport, it's more convenient.
