Disappointing Stay

Liked:Stayed at the hotel for four nights. When we arrived there was no one to great us. We looked for a staff member. The office was wide open as was the drawer with cash box!! Eventually someone arrived. We got our room key and put luggage on the cart. The entry doors are single wide so we had to take the luggage off to get our things through the front door. Rooms are small. We’ve had much larger suite rooms at other Townplaxe suites. The next morning breakfast was slim pickings. We didn’t eat there again. House keeping was spotty. We ran out of everything and it was never refilled so we had to do it ourselves. Several times our bed wasn’t made. Most redeeming quality is the laundry room. There are plenty of machines. The staff isn’t great. No one at the front desk even says hello. Super disappointing.
