Love it. Would definitely go back, but those looking for a full service resort might be a little disappointed by the lac

Liked:Great location and easy access to beautiful beach. Not too crowded.

Disliked:Only one restaurant option and a little too expensive for lack of amenities.

Overprice and totally not worth it, stay at the Ritz.

Liked:The room wasn't clean. The curtains had a black stain. We purchased an unobstructed king beachfront with a balcony, room 302. You have to sit in a high tub chair to see the ocean. Besides the smell of food in the halls, every time you walk outside, it's horrible.

Could be the best hotel in Naples.

Liked:This could be the best hotel in Naples, and frankly has all the makings of greatness. The beach is unmatched, superior to the Ritz-Carlton to the south and more private. The size is perfect and the beach service and food throughout the hotel are spectacular. But there are some key flaws, particularly given the price point. First, while the housekeeping staff was courteous, we were told that rooms are cleaned only every other day except upon request. There is no turndown service. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Second, the service at the main restaurant was extremely delayed. While it was a busy holiday weekend, at the very least there should be an acknowledgment by the hotel. Other than these two points, it is a great place for families as well as couples. Service and food at the beach are, even when crowded, stellar.

House keeping service every other day???

Liked:My reservation was done for my wife and my name was on it, however when I try to check in I was informed by the person in the front desk that was a reservation on the the name Mejia but no my first name doesn’t coincide. I have to wait for my wife to show up the document , in order to proceed with the check in. In the second day of our visit, the rooms was not done by house keeping when we ask for the service at the front deck, they informed us that: house keeping service are provided every other day unless you ask for it???
