Liked:Facilities were nice

Disliked:Outrageously expensive for what it was. Members of my group had rooms booked with standard check in time of 2pm. However when they arrived at 10pm (when flight landed) they were made to wait until 1am as their rooms were not ready!! And staff deliberately avoided providing updates about the delays.

Comfortable Stay for the Whole Family

Liked:We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi as a family, traveling together with three families, and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and it was a great place to stay with the kids. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Since we had an early morning flight the next day, the team kindly arranged an early breakfast for us in our rooms, which we really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness and excellent service made our departure so much easier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality, and I would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Nairobi.
