Very dissatisfied!

Disliked:Upon arriving and despite handing over the booking confirmation form, the receptionist provided us with a single key only. When asked where was the key to the 2nd room, she said that we were all in the one room. I pointed out that the booking was for 2 rooms and so we had to wait 20 minutes for this to be sorted. Even when handed the keys, we later discovered that despite booking 2 Double Superior rooms, one was a Double Executive and the other was just a Double. The jug for tea/coffee in one of the rooms had a power cable that wouldn’t fit in any of the outlets (had to use our own travel adapter), despite being double rooms, only a single dental care kit was provided. Drinks took over 40 minutes to be delivered in the bar…. When we sat for dinner, we were provided a table for 2 despite there being 3 of us and the 3rd setting took 45 minutes to bee put in place.
