My stay was very bad , the room wasn’t clean and I didn’t get what I paid for.

Liked:I didn’t like anything, except the location.

Disliked:I paid for an ocean view of which I didn’t get. I went to the motel office and ask if I could get a room with an ocean view, the attendant said it would be later that day. When I went back to the office later that day the attendant said they didn’t have a room for me. I went back to the office the next day and a different attendant said they would have me a room with a ocean view later that day, when I went back later that day they stated that the manager gave my ocean view room to another person.The attendant lied to me and I never got a room with an ocean view.I called booking.com and they reached out to the motel without success. I am highly disappointed with booking.com, I expected to get what I paid for, but never did .
