Read above it was horrible!

Liked:Didn't have breakfast and was told that only people staying at the Atlantica would have access to the pool area because you had to put in a pass code to access the pool area. Thatt was not true people came in from the streets and beach area and walked right in in. This made it extremely packed and one of those people started a verbal altercation with my son and people from everywhere kept asking for the bathroom and elevator pass because they didn't stay there. I contacted Frank the owner and he was less than helpful. I paid a lot of money for ph66 and it was the worst vacation experience I have ever had.

Disliked:Everything! The penthouse if you want to call it that it was more of section 8 housing apartment. We had to wait between showers because of the hot water. There was little to no space for us in the pool area because it had been taken over by people who were not staying there. The ph66 we stayed in was filthy and one of the chairs at the table the seat was just placed on top and my daughter in law almost fell out of the chair. As much money as we spent the owner should have returned some of our money as I am handicapped and the pool area was all I would have been able to enjoy but that was not the case because there is a pass code box outside of the pool area but no one uses it and they were able to just come through the gate. I was only able to get in the hot tub one time for about 10 minutes the entire time we were there. The worst experience I have ever had. I wanted to leave the next day but my grandkids wanted to do other activities in the area! It was the vacation from hell.
