Our family had a good Christmas and enjoyed our time there.

Liked:Spacious lounge with all facilities. Only problem a badly creased rug which we could not move and which was a falling hazard. Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms a good aspect.

Disliked:The beds were uncomfortable. New mattresses would probably do the trick. Decor was clean but along with furniture and fittings, a little tired.

Lovely location but needs a new boiler.

Liked:Perfect location on the beach and close to my daughter’s house so we could visit her.

Disliked:When we arrived it was freezing cold and there was no hot water. I set the timer so the boiler should have come on but it didn’t. I had to reset the boiler and put it on constant so that it would work. It kept going off after that so I just reset it every time. I would have expected the place to be warm for our arrival. Beds were not very comfortable. List of rules is a bit ridiculous so you can’t really relax. I wouldn’t want to holiday here but it was fine for a couple of days to visit my daughter.
