Paradise in Mumbai

Liked:This was by far my favourite hotel on our trip to India. The location is lovely. The hotel and facilities were beyond excellent. The staff were possibly the best I have ever experienced. Mughal and Razek by the pool went above and beyond for us. Swaraj our driver was very impressive in how well he looked after us. Very thoughtful and kind. As was every member of staff we encountered. We desperately wanted to stay longer!

Liked:Absolutely exceptional stay at The Oberoi Mumbai. The room was amazing, and the staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and spot-on with every request. A truly seamless experience from start to finish!

Disliked:While the room was beautiful and the service was excellent, I felt the housekeeping could have been more thorough. There was noticeable dust on the telephone cord and windowsill, which took away slightly from an otherwise exceptional stay.
