Ultimately disappointing

Liked:Great responsive staff. Very crowded at breakfast but somehow the staff managed to keep everyone happily engaged.

Disliked:We made the mistake of ordering a lunch at the restaurant downstairs and that was a disaster! The Goan fish curry was not just mild and under spiced but was tasteless. We duly informed all concerned including the management. There were usual lip service but was shocked to see the food being charged for!
