Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. A physical card will have to be produced at the time of arrival and departure for the Hotel to process the payment. When booking more than 5 rooms, additional supplement will apply along with nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay. Access to the Club Lounge is reserved only for guests aged 12 and above. As part of our commitment to enhancing the guest experience, we are currently upgrading certain areas of our hotel. Maintenance work is carried out on select guest floors daily (except Sundays) between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
