Mixed Experiences In BAWA REGENCY

Liked:Cleaniness of the Hotel and it is close to few Hospitals.

Disliked:I choose to stay in BAWA REGENCY bcz a family member was admitted in an Hospital close this Hotel. Most staffs are helpful but some staffs I found impatient and must improve their PR with the customers. I also had a chance to stay in Hotel AVON Ruby which is around 7 minutes walk from Hotel Bawa REGENCY. I must say their staffs are very polite and more cooperative.
