The people, all the staff that is and the place were superb.

Liked:Spacious lawns and gardens lovingly attended and superb staff made this place a ten out of ten. Beautiful pool, clean beach, lovely white sand and incredible congee.

Disliked:They were having extension or refurbishments done, which started due to heat no doubt at least at 7.30 am three out of the 4 mornings we were there, and went until around 5 pm. Incessant jack hammering.

Happy and relaxed

Liked:Very friendly, helpful staff and the breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and spa, highly recommended Ms My she has healing hands. Kids room is great to when you travel with little ones. We definitely will come back

Disliked:Just a lot of mosquitoes but the staff was very helpful try to manage the situation

Felt uncomfortable and unsafe

Liked:There was a lot of variety at breakfast.

Disliked:I did not feel safe or comfortable at the property. It is a very basic hotel with nothing to showcase. The beach doesn't exist, the pool and lounge chairs were dismal, and don't ask me for my room # for an old towel at the pool. I did not feel comfortable around the clientele. We checked out early and I made it clear I wanted a refund, but that has not happened. This is a very shady business.

Great stay

Liked:Everything was great. Anna, who works there at the lobby made it even better by caring about customers trip and offering to take care of bookings and stuff. Amazing service

Disliked:The gym room was really small with very few machines
